Mena Accomodation
As always, you can buy your accommodation for the MENA2013 conference without any help from the Local Organizing Committees. However, because Istanbul is a touristic city and June is the peak season, we have asked Delano Travel Agency to pre-buy rooms in the most convenient hotels (these are the ones in this conference site) for MENA2013 participants. Delano is our official Travel Agency and we believe that their prices are competitive. Breakfast and VAT is included in all cases and we are working on transports from these hotels to the conference venue.
Local Organizing Committee strongly recommend that hotel accommodation is booked early and Delano Travel Agency will be happy to be of assistance in all matters concerning hotel reservations for the MENA2013.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation (Hotel Voucher), indicating the name and address of the hotel. Hotel reservations will be confirmed only after receiving total amount of accommodation.
